Treatments
My philosophy is to combine a holistic treatment which incorporates the best of all I have learned. A therapeutic approach tailored to suit each individual client's needs. At the core of this treatment is the firm belief that we cannot treat the mind, body, spirit as individual entities but always as one complete whole. My treatments will aim to soothe all the five senses, which I think is vital for complete and deep relaxation. I am happy to go to lengths to make this the most enjoyable and beneficial treatment you have ever received. I have a heated couch, beautiful relaxation music, soft lighting and use only the best quality 100% natural oils and offer a selection of herbal teas grown in my own garden.
All of the treatments I offer are available individually or can be combined and tailor-made to suit each individual client. I take great pride in having developed totally unique treatments which combine massage, reflexology, hypnosis and healing together The best of all worlds!!!!
These combination treatments to the best of my knowledge are not available anywhere else in the world.
Total Tranquility Massage
The most relaxing 2 hours you'll ever spend -
This massage is the ultimate aromatherapy experience. The treatment begins by softening and easing tired, aching muscles with hot towels soaked in lavender oil; followed by a full body scrub to stimulate and invigorate the circulation and nervous system.
Total Tranquility is a full body massage from head to toe, including the face, scalp and reflexology points of the feet. I incorporate all aspects of massage from aromatherapy, acupressure to lymphatic drainage. I have created a very special blend of massage oil 'Oil of Tranquility' which contains jasmine, sandalwood and vetiver all specially selected for their deeply calming, stress-relieving and uplifting qualities. After this wonderfully soothing massage the total tranquility is completed with a relaxing lavender & bergamot tea and fine dark lavender chocolate.
Total Tranquility , Total Bliss!
Total Tranquility Hypnosis
This treatment combines the best of three treatments: I use 'Tranquility Aromatherapy Oil' to provide a deeply therapeutic reflexology massage, taking you into a deep state of relaxation. This is the perfect state to receive hypnosis, when the conscious mind is completely at peace. I believe by combing these three powerful treatments together we are addressing every area of health, both emotionally and physically, creating a wonderful experience for the whole body, mind and spirit.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a Complementary & Holistic therapy that is applied to the feet or hands. The aim of the treatment is to treat the whole individual thus encouraging the body to heal itself and maintain homeostasis - the natural balance within the body.
It is important to remember that Reflexology is more than just a foot or hand massage, there are many various 'reflex' points stimulated during a treatment that relate to all the systems in the body. Also as these reflex points on the hands or feet are worked the circulatory system increases blood supply around the body resulting in the release of tension and toxins for elimination. This brings about a more balanced state.
Because the treatment is so relaxing it aids the emotional and mental wellbeing, not just the physical. This should not be underestimated as it is widely considered that a high percentage of illness is stress related.
Reflexology combats fatigue, exhaustion, soothes nerves and alleviates stress and is one of the great forms of personal massage effectively promoting stress reduction. It reduces inner tension and eases pain and discomfort in the body. Reflexology is a pleasant yet powerful form of deep relaxation with many health benefits.

Main Reflex Points On The Feet
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is used to relieve the symptoms of many physical, mental, and emotional problems. Scientists have found that the reaction between specific essential oils and the body's chemical compounds can produce a number of positive effects. These include:
- Calming
- Sedating
- Stimulating
- Energizing
- Pain-relieving
- Anti-viral
- Anti-fungal
- Anti-inflammatory
- Diuretic
Aromatherapy works through two main channels, the olfactory system (inhalation) and topical absorption (through the skin pores during massage).
When you inhale the scent of a particular essential oil, it is immediately transported through your olfactory system directly to the limbic system in your brain. The limbic system controls your moods, emotions, stress levels, and memories. It also impacts your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and hormone balance and directly affects the central nervous system.
Topical Absorption:- Essential Oils are minute molecules and are therefore easily absorbed through application to the skin. They do not dissolve in water but dissolve in fat therefore they eagerly attach themselves to the natural body fats and fluids in our body and gain access to the lymphatic and blood systems through the connective and lymphatic tissues.
Here they can affect physical changes usually in about 10-20 minutes, and indirectly stimulate or sedate the immune system and other various body systems.
Unlike other treatments which are taken internally, aromatherapy works more effectively because it has direct access to the various body systems and does not have to pass through the stomach where gastric juices could deter its effectiveness.
This is why Aromatherapy works. It brings balance to mind, body and spirit which in turn brings harmony to the whole person.
Massage
Massage can alleviate the build up of stress in the muscles by un-sticking the fibres that make up our muscles and releasing tension by applying pressure and friction along the muscle to break down adhesions in the connective tissue and restore range of movement. Deep tissue massage flushes out toxins, breaks up scar tissue and helps the body relax which means treatment can be both therapeutic and corrective. By concentrating on the deep layers of muscles, massage releases chronic muscle tension that can be the cause of stress.
I incorporate several massage techniques including lymphatic drainage and acupressure into my treatments to make you feel good physically which is highly beneficial for health and well-being both emotionally and psychologically. When the muscles are stressed, oxygen and nutrients can build up which causes an inflammatory effect and a back-log of toxins within the muscle tissue. Muscles can’t function properly under these circumstances and begin to feel sore and aching. The tension gets to a point where it affects our ability to cope raising stress levels ever higher. Deep tissue massage loosens muscles and helps to increase oxygen and blood circulation. Once normal function is restored, toxins can be flushed from the body which reduces inflammation and tension.
Systematic, rhythmical rubbing and manipulation of the muscles is one of the oldest forms of pain relief. Massage can affect the nervous system and calm the body’s natural fight or flight responses by reducing harmful stress hormones. Massage also stimulates the lymphatic flow around the body. This flow affects tissue drainage and the immune system.
Tense muscles are also prone to injury which can cause a build up of scar tissue. Scar tissue is the body’s protection against further damage but it can restrict movement and immobilise smaller muscle groups. Scar tissue can also be increased by the toxins present in our environment and lead to irritation and inflammation in the body. The knock on effect to this is that the body produces more lactic acid in the muscles causing them to become sore and painful. Regular deep tissue massage can break down scar tissue and restore circulation enabling the muscles to move freely.
