Why I believe I'm qualified to help you:
I find my work very fulfilling and rewarding, having the ability to help people to feel better. I have experienced serious back pain, meningitis, ME and depression myself and having used holistic treatments to assist me in making a complete and lasting recovery. This enables me to empathise with my clients own issues and offer hope, encouragement, sound advice and practical strategies along with deeply beneficial treatments.
I am trained in all aspects of Complementary Therapies and have treated many conditions including back pain, joint pain, digestive disorders (IBS), hormonal imbalances, migraine, skin complaints, menstrual disorders, stress, auto-immune conditions, ME, general aches and pains, plus many more.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner and use hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and analysis to effectively treat a wide range of problems that include habits, phobias, emotional and performance related issues whilst specialising in confidence, self-esteem, stress management & anxiety.
My work is also my passion and hobby, I am very pro-active in many areas of health and healing and regularly attend courses to continue learning and developing my skills.
I do talks and demonstrations for local groups and women's institutes.
I have had articles in local newspapers and magazines and have been invited to talk on BBC radio about reflexology and phobias.
Through my Tranquility treatments I have been able to offer my services to help raise money at many events and to fund raise for many charities including Save The Children and Breast Cancer.
I am very grateful to the many wise and wonderful people who have helped and educated me over the years and feel truly blessed that my own personal challenges have taken me on a full-circle journey where I am now in a position to help others.
